是干净的，房间好大。每天上午定时清理垃圾更换毛巾等，他们人不错。保安挺好人，每次都打招呼，第一天因为水表问题用不了热水，保安就带我们到楼上用浴室并耐心等待到12点半，而北京人早休息所以这真的很难为保安了谢谢他。插座有很多，两孔的剩几个可以用但三孔的都可以用，房间里有两个带三插插头的排插够用了。有洗衣机冰箱厨具炉灶，都可用。每个房间都有网线接口，没WiFi，建议自带笔记本或路由器。

公寓很不错，干净舒适，适合一家人住，还有厨房，设施齐全。服务也很到位。离798很近，位置很好找，而且周围方便购物吃饭，非常满！

很物超所值的感觉，算信价比非常不错的外住选择，无论出差或旅游。
前台女士的服务非常亲切；保安先生很和善，网管先生很专业。
喜欢在外面一个人的出差与旅行，仍有回到家的温暖，很不错！
