今日延住，已入住五天 想换个房间 （之前住的房间比这个大，之前入住的时候前台服务员告诉我只有这一间了，告诉我第二天可以换更大点的） 今天中午的前台脑子有问题还是，前台缺少沟通，告诉我这个价格就最好能住这个房间 ，我彻底无语。在这家酒店住了至少一个多月了（累计），竟然和客人这样说，我觉得至少前台缺少必要的沟通能力。实在懒得换别处了 算了 15年不会入住了 每个月给你贡献七八千住宿费，这样对待客人，实在不能理解 ，未来建议公司在不安排这里。
