酒店还不错，至少在我查询的所有里面算没碰到大问题的，比较安静，接送机服务不错，唯一不好的是房间睡着了有一股发霉的味道，另外地毯太脏了。

2011年12月15日，北京气温零下8度，入住后发现上行格调酒店居然没有热水供应，联系前台，答曰：“物业已经下班。。。”次日凌晨，热水供应依然没有恢复，无奈只能退房。。。不知道大家有没有过类似的经历？

首先要赞许的是接送服务，非常周到。房间装潢设计也不错，可惜的是卫生间地漏去水太慢，水都漫到洗脸盆区域去了。床很硬。希望不会是所有房间都这样的情况吧
