进去时外部环境较差，路窄，进前院感觉一般，可让人惊喜的是，从前台订完房走进后院后，眼前的景色可真美啊，楼台亭榭，小桥流水，喷泉涌动，俨然一皇家后花园。很享受两天的住宿。前台服务一般，客房服务员服务极佳。

就在香山脚下，园林式酒店，环境非常不错，住宿环境也很干净，服务也没的说。总体评价可以打满分了。

很不错，周边住过三个酒店，景明园和首农香山都不错，值得入住。酒店在香山北门和植物园中间，到植物园西门走小胡同有条近路，也比较方便。

入住等了1个多小时，给的原因是因为有团队…感觉前台接待能力和流程明显比较弱，散客与团队都非常不满，需要管理团队提高自身水平和入住流程的改善。房间还可以。
