第一天入住就意见挺大的。到了房间夜里10:12左右，看了看菜单夜宵到10:30，孩子饿了要吃面，打电话，居然说厨房在刷锅不提供了！没办法叫了美团，取外卖的时候，孩子在房间睡了，回来敲了半天门没听到，又到商务中心打电话派人来开门，酒店的电梯特别不方便，从大堂直接坐出了电梯要走5分钟左右，拖着行李箱带着孩子真心伤不起，再也不会选择这家酒店了。离王府井地铁站也要走20分钟以上，带着行李的如果坐地铁千万不要选，王府井那一站还没有电梯，如果不是因为堵车也不会选择地铁，真的是把自己累个半死。最垃圾的是酒店大堂的旅游点，报了一大一小明孝陵和八达岭，说是不另外收费了，小的200大的400，结果快到八达岭的时候，10岁的孩子跟大人都要每人加140元索道费，说必须统一坐索道，要不时间不够汽车不会在这里等你自己去爬！880！居然两个购物点待的时间比两个景点还久，说是不强制消费，却连个坐的地方没有，还必须全部人员下车，那个十三陵水晶市场的翡翠，垃圾的一塌糊涂，贵的离谱，如果云南的都知道有多坑！去八达岭长城总共才给一个半小时，去景泰蓝工艺厂用了1个半小时多，总之，各种忽悠都用上了，一般人没经验的就被坑死了！

酒店地点是不错，但房间档次也就三星标准吧，什么豪华房间，进屋第一感觉都赶不上快捷酒店，服务还行，自助餐很烂，最求品质的绕行！
