永远不会再住这个酒店了！太烂了！首先，开车进不了酒店门口，也没有任何人指导如何进入酒店大门，车停在地面停车场，没有任何导向牌指导，提着沉重的行李找大堂找了二十分鈡，大堂也沒有行李员帮忙提行李，入住后房间没有设保险箱，五星级酒店居然没有保险箱，房间没有空调，问服务员说正在检修，而对艺龙的人说是空调没有问题！服务太差，设施太差，这种酒店怎么可能评上五星级呢！太烂太烂了！

硬件不错，服务明显不行，各部门服务员协调不好，前台没查到订单要问预定部，游泳押金要付现金，租游泳圈的钱可以挂房账，这都是什么管理，乱来啊。打电话两次跟客房服务要被罩，20分钟后来个服务员问我要什么，莫名其妙！游泳圈质量很差，四岁的小女孩都能给玩坏了，赔了一百，各位还是自己带一个吧。
