入住的人不多，应该是专门提供企事业单位办各种会议的，豪华间基本都在二楼，而且不是主楼，所以需要走很远。可能因为人少，所以晚上感觉很冷清，一个人串过长长而又昏暗的走廊有点瘆。
酒店虽然临近雁栖湖，但是无法直通，二楼也根本看不到，想散步要走10分钟穿过别家酒店，不太理想，周围也没有超市，需要开车出去将近1公里才有。说到这我要提一下，作为1000左右价位的酒店，冰箱里居然是空的，想喝点啤酒或者可乐需要自费，而且价格很高，这一点我认为酒店还是有点架子，央企的通病，估计也改不了。
设施方面中规中矩，没有什么惊喜也没什么不足，早餐也还可以，中规中矩。
有个很失望的地方，由于临近国庆长假，所以提前一个月就订房了，艺龙说明不能取消，所以认为价格后面应该是越来越贵，谁知临行前两天发现价格居然便宜了100多，不能重新订，也不能补差价，对平台的印象大打折扣，在其它平台没碰到这样的事。
总体来说这次酒店的感觉一般，平台的服务不到位，请后面的顾客参考吧！
