闪住，但也不快，还是收了押金。办入住很慢，给的房卡去开房间，发现里面有人住，有史以来第一次！房间本身不错，位置很好，还是需要加强管理

谁给你们*权利偷偷复印客人的身份证?！还好我发现了，你们偷偷拿复印件去干嘛了你们客人知道么？前台一个男服务员态度特别差，差点打起来***。店也不大还想欺客是么？卫生奇差，毛巾上还有血。一星都多，应该给你们负分滚粗。
