酒店没有问题，本应五星好评，但后续开具增值税专用发票的过程让人难以忍受，从微信入口无法保存报销凭证，电话咨询说转信息技术部门处理，三天后没反馈，再致电，说专人负责，稍后回电，结果没人回复，又隔三天致电，竟然说负责人没上班，要等她上班再处理，这种小事的这种服务质量，我是不想再用艺龙了。。。。

这次的入住体验真的很有惊喜，本以为是个老酒店，没有多大的期望值，预定时的价格比隔壁的宜必思贵了100元，但是包早餐，就选择了这家酒店，没想到酒店除了丰盛的西式早午餐和中式的早茶之外，前台服务人员热情，床品很舒适，2米2的大床睡三个人都绰绰有余，洗澡的热水水压也大，距离南礼士路地铁6、7分钟的路程，酒店对面就是中央音乐学院，周围环境很安静，性价比超高的酒店，下次还会入住的！
