好的地方：1）位置佳，就在三里屯村；2）早餐丰富且价格算合理的；3）硬件设计好，属于设计型酒店；4）软性服务不错，服务生多为80后，风格小清新不沉重。
希望改进的：1）白色拖鞋掉毛严重，如果穿深色袜子、长腿裤子、长裙，很容易蹭到一片一片的白毛，非常不适合商务人士及冬天入住的旅客；2）硬件中有的房间淋浴间门受潮膨胀关不上；3）有的房间淋浴间的圆形喷头出水不顺、水花四溅；4）打扫不够细致，地上有头发，阳光下桌面上可见细毛和微尘。

10月25日酒店退房结账时，工作人员误操作，未退还信用卡押金。被告知要15个工作日内退还，至今11月19日仍未收到退款，期间多次与酒店方联系，都是被告知需要财务程序。我已无力吐槽。。。。。。
