酒店管理人员非常热情，也很专业。位置是寸土寸金的使馆区，离美国和法国大使馆走路十分钟以内，就是先去法国大使馆再去美国大使馆一共十分钟以内。但设施真的叫一个陈旧，有种九十年代招待所的感觉，卫生还行，可惜设施太旧，打扫再干净看着也是招待所的感觉。不过洗澡水真的足，又热水量又大，全开的话有种给消防水管冲了的感觉，不全开的话洗澡很舒服。屋里暖气又热，澡堂子都没这么舒服。暖气很热，开最低档都热的受不了。住的两天北京最低气温都在零下十一二度，暖气关着屋里都有二十多度，不知道夏天他们怎么办。

史上体验最差酒店。具体如下：1.标识酒店有游泳馆，结果到店告诉非直营，住店客人98一位；2.2月1日凌晨2：40至4：40持续有尖锐噪声和房间莫名机械持续晃动，吵醒后2个小时没消停，后来实在太困了睡着时还在噪声和晃动，不知道持续到几点3.电视竟然三天看不了，最后一天才修好。以后再也不住了，坑啊！
