酒店前台与客房的服务都挺好好的，房间的环境卫生也挺好的，只是预定的时候有点小小的不愉快，因为是在网上订的，有点担心，外地过来怕没地方住，打电话确认的时候预订部的人态度有点急，其他的都很好

价格优惠，北京南站的如家256呢，住一晚后，果断退房，入住天方，床头和写字桌上的绿萝绿意盎然，周围的美食很多，交通便利，地铁西直门下，打车起步价就到了，或地铁转632，两站下车，走200米，酒店大堂很大，服务不错。
