酒店位置很好，在地铁口南礼士路A或B口出都可以，到酒店步行5分钟以内就到达了，酒店是部队下属的，很安全，看着也很高大，酒店环境也很好，我们那天去早了，可以寄存行李，待晚上回来办理入住。从酒店出发到后海、颐和园、天安门都很放便，所以酒店的地理位置不错。点外卖的话只能下楼取，前台也不代收。

酒店是不错 就是同程客服差劲 其中一个订单担保金迟迟未退 咨询客服第一次说一天内审核 过几天还没审核 咨询又说三天 过几天又说在过三到五天 最后我自己打电话酒店 两小时就解决了

卫生可以，位置好，但是服务态度永远那么不尽人意，入住不下十次了，一次不如一次，尤其是前台的女人，高傲的很，有种国家公务员的优越感，永远皱着眉，永远不用敬语，永远不耐烦，不知道生活是有多不幸才会这个样子！没办法谁让是部队的店呢，永远不需要竞争，国家口口声声改制，看看吧还那个德行，北京的都这副嘴脸，可想而知地方的都什么样子，扯远了！
