酒店位置很便利在1号线万寿路地铁口，还能直达天安门，离北京西站很近，吃饭旁边有个凯德。酒店房间比较宽敞，很干净舒适，还有冰箱，吹风机等，暖气效果超好；性价比高，强烈推荐，酒店服务也很好，退房了行李还在那免费寄存了一天😃，体验很好很安全

酒店跟预定时的图片完全不符，到前台询问，服务人员态度极差，特别是一位姓顾的戴眼镜的女前台，满脸爱住不住的表情，说话时眼睛都不抬，说:"图片都是装修前的了，现在的房间就这样~" 当我提出要求更换房间时，一口咬定没有，但是网上明明显示还有空的房间。房间内部设施简陋，特别小，完全不是预定时的平米数。价格是三星的价格，内部服务人员的素质和房间设施却连普通宾馆都不如，真的是极差~大家预定时一定要多对比，地理位置也一般，走路去地铁站要十几分钟，早晚高峰前面的路全部堵死。

设施陈旧，服务还好。房间比较干燥，靠马路，隔音差，卫生间反味，给预留的最里面的房间，超大行李，走太久了，最最关键的是，枕头太高了，枕头太高了，枕头太高了，重要事说三遍，全世界都普及矮点枕头，逆天！服务人员态度可以。
