太差！！ 担保预定了豪华商务间含早三天。结果到了酒店说只能住一天，电话艺龙搞半天算是安排了三天，却给了一间普通间，那也就算了。每天吃早饭还要收费是咋回事！找前台翻订单给前台看也没用。没空理论结账走人，太差了！

非常棒的宾馆！房间宽大方正，玻璃窗面积很大，白天房间很明亮，有人说这里风水很好！另外，房间的玻璃窗可以开一个斜角透气，这个非常欣赏；现在很多高级宾馆都无法开窗，很不舒服。空调质量也不错，声音轻，送风足。还有一点，现在很多宾馆没有房间顶灯，晚上接待客人，灯光太暗；这个宾馆仍然保留顶灯，虽然不是很亮，但很温馨。最值得推荐的是：二楼正宗的藏菜，藏式的装修，非常考究得体，中午来个炒羊肉＋凉拌穿心莲，晚餐换个爆炒牦牛肉＋大拌菜，再喝上几杯青稞啤酒。味道好，真心不错！在餐厅服务5年的藏族姑娘，很有礼貌，漂亮大方。宾馆的地理位置非常好，5号线就在边上；开车的话，宾馆门口直接上北四环；走2分钟就到机场巴士小营站。非常方便。
唯一想提个建议的是：房间里的WI-FI信号不理想，希望改善。

西藏大厦在惠新西街北口地铁边上，周围公交很多，还算方便，打车也可以，离主要景点稍远。
设施很不错，房间有点小，考虑到北京房价，可以理解。
服务不错，挺负责。卫生条件比小店干净多了。
总的来说，满意。

在西藏大厦住了两天，酒店设施很新，交通很方便（由于我们要自驾前往木兰围场，从这里上京承高速特别方便），服务也很周到。我在租赁网站租了两个安全座椅，联系了酒店帮我代收，酒店安排了专门的工作人员帮我代收，到店后还请行李员送到房间，特别贴心。所以我给全5星！
