因为结婚定的这里给外地亲友住，距离簋街比较方便。缺点是：进出车比较难，因为在胡同里；设施有点旧；优点是：院子安静，比较中国特色，很多老外也比较喜欢；房型比较多。整体来讲，还可以，主要在这样一个中心位置，可以接受。
