住过同价位最烂酒店。设施什么的不说了，毕竟皇城，毕竟清华的交流中心，不求奢华，但求能用即可。所以也没有太高要求，但服务真心差。两个前台，一个忙的要死，给团队开发票。一个游手好闲，左顾右盼，没事也不肯帮忙退房。我看到退房的电脑就空在那，她人也闲在那，不懂是怎么想的。还有很多服务细节懒得写了。另外某单位ztsj的出差团队也是相当操蛋，素质相当一般，可能都是当老爷当惯了。哎，这次给我又刷新了首都的印象。谢谢你们！

已住一晚，真心体验不咂滴！设施简陋，用品陈旧！卫生间淋浴哪都淋就是不往身上淋；毛巾旧的像抹布颜色，这基本配备贼差！
