霸王条款，服务傲慢。本人计划明天出差到北京，在平台上订明晚的房间，不想没选择对日期，付款后即刻发现错误，第一时间（）致电平台和酒店交涉，希望更正日期，但酒店态度差，拒绝请求，说你赶不到北京房间只能给你空着了，不能退不能改，丝毫不维护消费者的权益，故给差评。并已向北京12345投诉。

酒店比较靠近市中心，地铁也就步行七八分钟，离牛街比较近。客房设施够档次，洁具都是科勒的。空调比较舒适，床很舒服，房间也够宽敞。早餐一般般，停车场够大。
