环境很好，是个以前的王府，但是卫生间很差，洗澡浴房漏水，能改造下就好了，不然太滑不安全。

虽然地点有些难找，不过在西苑这块算是很不错的酒店了，比较上档次，价格也适合。
酒店原先是官邸，所以里面还是古色古香，院子相当有意思，而且晚上也很安静。
房间不多，但也挺宽敞的，应该前几年有重新装修，并且维护得不错，也很干净。并且配备液晶电视和免费wifi，值得一赞。
大堂一般就一个员工，工作专业，态度热情，会亲自带客人到房间。餐厅的服务也不错，但是餐饮出品比较一般，估计多用来做晚宴，早餐实在一般。
总体来说还是挺好的。西苑除了一家很贵的颐和安缦，剩下的几乎都是小旅馆，不然就得到中关村了。所以这家酒店确实挺合适

价格真的很贵的，目前正在装修油漆味很浓，交通不便，早餐极差！唯一能想到的优点是有点园林特色

除了有点不好找以外什么都好，房间很宽敞，装修古香古色，院子有走廊座椅，真是对酒邀明月啊，这是原来的一个贝勒府，感觉真心好。
