1.酒店处于地铁东四出口，离王府井很近，交通方便，打车容易；
2.酒店外观简陋，大堂狭小，为非标准酒店大堂，与餐厅大堂合一；
3.酒店前台入住登记服务处的中年妇女的职业素养极差，无礼貌用语，无微笑，收取押金随心所欲，可以讨价还价，极其罕见。但几位年轻收银员的服务态度值得肯定。
4.房间设备齐全，家具和台盆等用具质量一般，发霉受潮的痕迹明显，卫生细节不是太好。房间空气流通情况一般。但整体与房价匹配，性价比还可以。
5.值得表扬的是楼层男服务员态度很好，耐心解决问题，礼貌用语到位。
6.早餐符合南方人的口味，基本满意。酒店1-3层餐厅，用餐方便，服务非常好，不愧做餐饮起家。
