酒店很不错，无论从地理位置还是各种设施。前台签到护送至电梯，早餐chef各种妥妥的亲自送来都让人很满意，只是节假日坐地起价随意取消订单的行为挺恶劣的。

很多次入住了，非常棒的酒店，精致而美好。服务很赞，下午茶的红丝绒蛋糕很味美，初一，初二两晚送的巧克力，酒店特意用了小红灯笼做装扮，很喜庆哦！

北京最奢华服务最好的一家国际五星酒店，外表低调金铜元素，内部奢华色调高雅，多次入住，本次美中不足的就是一个北京人的客房服务员姿态高昂，眼神傲慢，其他服务员不错！瓶装水不错，早餐很好，以上评论是基于北京其他五星基本住遍作出的对比。

从门童到前台、客房和西餐厅及大堂的酒店服务人员都很细致周到，非常满意！地理位置及硬件细节很棒，并且感谢预订销售部李先生帮我安排的小惊喜很贴心，一定会再来入住！
