华尔道夫的服务没有什么可说的，非常好，酒店比较老了，房间内也都透着古朴的气息，卫生还是很好的！新东安后门斜对面，王府井最近的酒店了

临时起意来住的北京WA，选的是贵宾角房。地处在紧邻王府井的顶级地段，意外的从内装到服务都令我满意的住宿体验。内装大胆地用青玉石色的墙面配正红的沙发、朱砂色的床尾凳，暗暗包含很多老北京和故宫元素，巧思一百分??。宽大的浴缸、全铜的五金件，全是点睛之笔。CI的前台员工流程顺畅并且不失妥帖的热情，送餐服务员也很周到。一切妥帖。这里顺便提点建议，就是浴袍、浴巾这些布草已经有点发硬，希望酒店方能改善下。还会再来的酒店！

去北京找男朋友的 房间view特别好 很大很精致 各种细节也很到位 强推这个房型 门童和前台服务态度也很好 很赞 一楼有餐厅有大堂 不过设计的有点绕 多走两趟就明白了 只是在28号下午我男朋友来找我 我让他去前台报姓名和房号 前台说不让进 让我用房间电话打给前台 这点很棒注重安全 但是说完有点冷淡 就把他晾在那 这点有点不满意 不管是不是入住酒店的客人 前台应该都具备服务态度

住了几次，整体硬件服务都十分满意，希望有机会能住一次华尔道夫的四合院。地理位置非常便利，王府井步行街就在旁边，天安门故宫在步行范围内。

室内设计风格很有意境。灯光色调都跟普通的酒店不一样。大楼建筑就是很有意思的“铜盒子”。北京旅游值得签到的酒店之一。酒店服务也很到位，从门口的门童每次回来都是开门迎接问候，住奢华酒店要的就是这种仪式感。
