酒店服务特别好，前台小姐姐给免费升级了一下房间，疫情期间防控工作做的特别到位，住的很舒心。由于赶时间，早餐在行政楼层吃的，类别不多。如果时间充裕，一楼餐厅相对种类繁多。

周边环境我特别喜欢，酒店旁边就是万达广场，离地铁站也特别近，很方便。入住期间给我印象很深的是前台小宋，礼貌又热情，我说不喜欢低楼层房间，她立马给我免费升级，出去吃饭路过前台，小宋热情的问候并赠送了免费停车券，非常开心啦！也很感谢酒店用心的服务，以后来北京我就住这里啦！

和朋友一起去八大处爬山，特意选择了酒店设施、地理位置都十分优秀的嘉华酒店，酒店大堂、房间情况都很好，工作人员也非常nice，退房时接待我的小姐姐还帮我还了从酒廊借的充电宝。
酒店亮点是房间送餐、送水的小机器人，机器人送货还是挺新奇的体验～
