硬件设施方面酒店的床头没有充电电源 非常不方便 另外必须要说的是酒店人员的服务态度需要提升 服务态度与处理事情能力达不到五星级酒店水平 我觉得一个好的服务态度比本身酒店的环境更会使顾客感到身心愉悦 值得一提的是全程接触的服务人员只有一个经理态度非常好 在第二天延住的时候还给我们免费赠送了双份早餐 退房的时候虽然发生了一些不愉快经理也打来电话致歉 希望酒店其他工作人员服务态度能对得起酒店价位
