过道灯光昏暗，让人以为停电了，房间灯光也比较昏暗。房间空调主机没开，热得一晚上都睡不好，打电话给前台反应房间太热，问是不是没开主机问题，说是我不会用空调，让同事来看看，来的人直接说刚刚才把主机温度调下来，让我等一会儿。等了一晚上也没凉快。本来是冲着离南站近才订的，上午10点的车，6点过就热得受不了直接退房走人。电梯一到大厅就觉得凉快多了，室外温度也舒适，就房间闷热，让人不愿意多待一分钟。大厅的茶几上还有烟头，没有烟灰缸，就是烟头直接扔在茶几上，也没看到有人及时过来清理。第一次对酒店评价这么低，不会再入住了。

位置欠缺外，其他都很好
房间大，干净卫生细节好，全墙落地玻璃观看夜景超棒，隔音好睡觉舒服，酒店对面公园随便散散步，旁边有超市水果点随便买买

离火车南站很近 带着小孩 步行20分钟，第一次感受到北京打车的困难，出行也还好，4号线步行15分钟到。
