住的标准间，房子还挺大，但是里面空荡荡的，缺一个茶几；柜子太旧了；浴室淋浴喷头连接管漏水，水量太小；交订金时，一个男服务员是替班的，自称不会使卡，现金交订金，我告其想刷卡结算，他说这不麻烦吗？我告其我想这样，他说也行。第二天早上结帐另一个服务员告诉我无法刷卡结帐，难道银联线路有问题？是这个酒店的个别现象还是其它酒店也刷不了呢？我觉得好象是个别现象。早餐太简单了，只有稀饭、鸡蛋、蛋糕、咸菜等。

这个酒店真坑人我九月三十日入住所谓的特惠标准间竟是十余平米的鸽子窝房间里卫生间有异味床单与被子上还有血迹隔音极差还能听到隔壁说话.我连夜给假日办和北京市旅游局投诉.经过交涉第二天才给我换了房间它们的理由是服务员给弄错啦你们相信吗这个酒店大家千万别住小心上当受骗.
