服务一颗星专评给2019年8月26日晚6点的前台女服务员，同时为当晚男服务员点个赞，不知道酒店管理是不是赏罚分明。国营酒店有着得天独厚的地理优势、资金条件，没有绩效压力，也正是因为如此，服务要求显得奢侈，某服务人员自大傲慢、态度极其恶劣、像你欠了她一个亿，完美印证。我在附近工作，自己或身边人多次预定，客观讲酒店地理位置，房间条件可以，但服务态度真是让人忍到要投诉，真是给首都给服务业给国营抹黑，不过就算投诉或在此评价也是杯水车薪，只是希望给今后预订人一个参考。

第一次给酒店差评，简单说下给差评的原因吧。首先是酒店的设施很老，没有熨斗，隔音也一般。其次是早餐很简单，只有三、四个菜，三四种主食，而且味道、品相都不怎么的。连喝粥的勺子也没有(向服务员索要过，明确告知没有）。最后是发票的问题，说是酒店的发票少，不能将发票等额分开两张开，也算是刷新了我的三观(可能我一年出差十几次，住的酒店少，见识少吧)。以上，实际感受，仅供参考。

今年第二次酒店入住这个酒店，旁边就是万寿公园。交通也很方便，公园门口就有多路公交车，可以乘坐40路，59路，724路，819路等公交车，距4号地铁的陶然亭站约600米，陶然亭站到北京南站乘高铁只有一站。因此，这个酒店很有可取之处。
缺点是有的标准间没有玻璃淋浴房，还是拉一个浴帘，浴盆很旧，不敢使用。

早餐不错，挺实惠，酒店位置不错，出门就是万寿公园，环境不错，坐公交地铁都方便，有停车场，通行方便，还是比较满意的一次入驻！
