在艺龙网预订的北京文华大厦标准间，很快就有回馈了。酒店环境很好，位置不错。中央民族大学就在对面，离北外、及中央舞蹈大学也很近，客服安静舒适，卫生间干净，热水供应充足。餐饮大厅不供应早餐，但是可以提供中餐和晚餐，味道尚可。就是头天打扫卫生后，服务员忘记给地巾了，在退房的时候遇到些小纠葛，不过很快就顺利解决。

酒店还是很好的，很有闹中取静的感觉，位置不错就是有点不好找，找到民族大学的西门就好找了，周围吃的很多。房间很干净，服务员也很热情。
