The hotel is a bit far from down town beijing . But it is near the universities like Tsinghua, Peking , BLCU and tourist spot Summer Palace. I think the hotel need to do extra cleaning on the carpets , sofas, curtain . It is very dusty and you can smell that it has not been cleaned properly. Yes they vacuum but their vacuum cleaner is old fashion. And they should put receptionist / front desk people that can speak english or at least 50 % english knowledge. The room i stayed is a bit big nice size even with 1 extra bed still comfy . The executive deluxe type . In addition, they should provide good mattress for extra bed because it is not cheap 400 yuan no breakfast / day.

The hotel is close to Tsing Hua university but far away from the city center.
Hotel is old and the toilet was blocked when I was staying there ??Had to get a hotel staff to unblock the toilet for me

从进门到离店，服务员X一直笑脸相迎，有需求立马就帮忙解决，特别贴心。
在这里住得特别舒心，前台登记快，客房服务响应及时，有什么问题都能很快处理好。酒店工作人员特别热情，不仅帮忙搬行李，还耐心推荐周边好玩的地方和好吃的餐厅。入住后发现忘带充电器，打电话给前台，没几分钟就送来了，服务效率真高。

房间挺大的乾净整洁，每天都有打扫，周围都特别的便利，外卖可以放在酒店门口的外卖柜子里面，非常方便，前台NN服务热情周到，非常耐心的解答我的每个问题感谢！五道口附近吃的也特别多！

老酒店，也不是第一次住，因为离得学校近没办法，这次特别不满意，设施老旧可以忍，洗澡水不热？这是什么鬼！！还不给开发票，説哪定的从哪开？你是第一天上班吗？我只是在携程交了个担保金，我是去你店里交的费，然后你收了费，携程就把担保金退了，你收了钱，让携程开发票，你觉得可能吗？
