是人类都知道的，北京没服务。这饭店陈旧到呕！主要饭店与餐馆靠在一起，据前台接待说北京9月开始全市不开空调，连个抽风也没有，风扇整个饭店也没有，唯一通风的就靠旁边的瀚林宴厨房餐馆的抽油烟机，一到大堂满满的饭菜味真心难受，因为不通风，进到房里那种洗手间的骚味，到现在还记忆尤新，打开窗户呢？外面满满的香烟味，加上餐馆嘛肯定来来回回的人流声，拉椅子声，抽烟味，总之一句话差差差！！！！如果继续评论的，那就是继续评论一下同程旅游的客服，真心失望！！！客服并非24小时服务的，朝九晚五，下班了有什么情况不归他们管，然后让他们备注第二天回复我信息，结果不是继续致电都难得回复信息。更加差的是，我预定的是豪华房，结果给的是标准单间，一晚就相差100元以上，问前台都说房间满了！我一个月前订的豪华房订满了还居然收我那么多钱给的标准房！以上都是发自肺腑之言，我也不想得到什么，总之一句话同程旅游，还能用吗？？？果断delete (删除)，也分享给身边朋友这就是旅游服务！！！

酒店位置很好，交通便利，早餐和环境一般。原来预定的位置在建国门，客服给换到西单的，主要是原来是有窗户的房间不知为啥给换成内宾房了，不舒服！呼吸和空气都不畅通，憋气。
