只能说艺龙真的差劲，周二确认好的订单，周四到了酒店告诉没有收到订单，又给艺龙客服打电话核实，折腾半个小时入住。然后订单本来里有礼包代金券4张，每张50，结果到了酒店又告诉没有，还需要给艺龙客服打电话核实，结果客服告诉下的订单没有礼包，幸亏我下订单前有保留截屏，客服让我给他们把截屏发邮箱，邮箱地址发短信给我，不过截止我退房都没有收到短信，这么垃圾的服务我也是无语了，仅此一次

设施还不错，但是卫生间返味，地面不平，洗澡积水，这个时候晚上很冷，但中央空调没开暖风下半夜冻醒了

环境挺好，就是房间的设施太陈旧了，被褥应该换成带整个被套的那种。蟹岛很适合带孩子玩儿。
