好美的景色，好温情的服务，好舒服的体验！院子很大，安全有保障，独自出差，安全尤为重要；前台服务很好，语言规范亲切、看到我是自己，安排了安静又不在边上的房间；早餐非常丰富，服务员笑的也很甜；客房很干净。满意！

趁假期跟朋友带孩子来北京，这个西郊宾馆服务真好，给孩子们送了礼包，里面的小玩具太贴心了，把孩子们终于从手机中解放出来了；还有儿童拖鞋…还赠送了毛巾，太方便了；客户经理说，这样的活动经常有，现在真正为客人着想，费尽心思琢磨客户需求的酒店真的不多了，尤其是在北京。早餐也不错，带孩子出来最重要的是早饭，自助餐，西餐中餐，咖啡油条什么都有，男孩女孩吃的都很好；还有安全，有院子，有花，有流水…最后再说一下前台服务，特别有耐心，帮我们约清华，赠送了圆明园门票，出门在外，有人给介绍最踏实。

酒店离北语清华矿大都很近，去学校很方便。酒店环境很好很安静，服务周到热情。就是没有早餐。不过周边有成熟的小区生活很方便。

房间干净，早餐丰富，前台服务好，院内景色美。五道口附近最合适的酒店，早餐丰富，多样，环境好；房间也舒服，设备齐全，主要是安静，安全性好；服务点赞??亲切且高效！
