是军队招待所，安全有保证，基本达到标准四星级（缺少冰箱），这个价格很可以接收。另外大床房型的房间比较小，所以便宜一些。

北京兴海大厦酒店位置不错，离西客站较近。周边餐饮挺多，生活方便。酒店设施齐全，7成新的样子。就是价格偏高，如果降低100-150元，那么性价比就挺好了。

软硬件条件都不错 前台服务挺好 周边交通购物餐饮等很便利 唯一的一点就是有个建筑工地在施工 稍稍有点吵 但这属于外部原因 所以总体满意

酒店卫生条件还不错，前台服务一般，空调是中央空调不知道是房间内的空调坏了，还是中央空调没开，不能用，不过去酒店时间已经很晚，调换麻烦，所以忍了。价位偏高。
