电吹风不能用，一打开一股糊味，不敢用，且按到十秒后就没风了。与服务中心联系告知情况答复送来一个，五分钟后一名男服务员过来告知没有备用的，认可吹风机有故障并致歉，我只好湿着头发离开。到前台办理退房，我和另一位客人同时从楼上下来，我先到前台主动排到前面一位正在办理退房手续的客人后面，与我一同下来的客人则站到台子前。前面的客人办完手续后，我把房卡给接待员，她居然没理我，给不排队的客人办理。等这位客人离开后我问她，为什么排队守秩序的不办理，而给不排队的人办理，她说那位客人在前台等半天了。我告诉她那位客人是跟我一同下来的，我先到的前台并自觉排队。那种心情我想大家可以理解吧。
