住宿条件还不错，跟培训中心差不多。不好的地方：退房实在太慢了，退房等了十几分钟，开发票等了半个小时。早餐居然要提前一天预定，不然没得吃即使你掏钱也没有。

第二次入住，之前住的楼上感觉还可以。这次住的半地下，虽然只便宜了小几十块钱，但是差别真的太大了。一下楼梯就能闻到很不舒服的味道，房间里更是一股霉味，空调吹都吹不掉。房间是圆床，但是床单被罩真的对不起那点房费，床单上不下十几处的大小不明斑点，抱枕的背面更是难以直视。房间格局很怪异，开门就是床，厕所要差不多阳台那个位置，由于是半地下，空调外置机被包在楼内所以会比较吵，厕所窄得转不开身。而且没有那种遮光的窗帘，就是一个卷帘，房间和厕所之间只有一个镂空的帘子，天一亮房间里就明晃晃的。由于床就在一进门所以楼道里有任何走动等声音都听得很清楚，别人看房间我都以为是在拧我的门。更气愤的是一晚上三个人强行拧房间把手，床正对着门真的太吓人了，总感觉真的有人误闯进来，一点遮挡都没有，很没有安全感。楼下确实是特价房，但是和楼上完全就是两个地方的样子，而价钱之间的差异并没有很大。
