位置还可以，在八维学校大门里，周边吃饭的小店大店都比较多。房间小，豪华标间也很小，根本没有网页上说的25平米，设施比较齐全，装修比较新。卫生很好。房费比较贵，主要是软件园附近可住的实在不多，这个还算可以。如果能有协议价就很好了。
