接孩子后在北京小住几日。入住酒店后晚上的房间空调不给力，没睡好；第二天一早向酒店大堂孟斌斌经理反应后，他立即联系处理，第一时间给我们换房，帮我们拿行李到新的房间；并赠送早餐表示歉意。给孟经理的优质服务点赞！从孟经理的服务可以看出，京都信苑酒店的硬件和软件都是过硬的。
