绝对差评 带着三岁小孩 由于航班晚点凌晨近两点入住 到酒店特意说明孩子小 睡的晚 明天稍微延迟一点 最好下午一点退房 前台人员也说第二天提前打电话沟通一下 尽量帮忙 结果第二天打电话请求通融并保证一点之前退房 店家态度极其强硬说绝对不可以 要不然就按钟点房处理 一分钟都不可以晚 虽然事后又换人打电话说可以延迟到一点 但是我们还是坚决12点退房了 把孩子从床上拎起来一分钟都没耽误就去退房 这是事情本事 再说一下环境 床一翻身就巨大响声 早上洗澡没有洗发水和沐浴露 找不到WIFI信号 卫生还可以 全部都是实情 这么没有人味儿的公寓酒店也能买到这么多好评 真不知道是怎么做到的
