服务态度好，不管是餐厅服务员还是前台都很热情，到家后发现钱包找不到了，给酒店打电话也积极的帮着找，还主动回电，餐厅也不错感觉还是蛮好吃的，订的温泉房，无限蓄水一直都是流动的活水，很明显感觉的出来和洗澡水的差别，挺不错的一次体验

设施陈旧，房间灯光昏暗，服务员打扫房间，当你面就用毛巾又擦杯子又擦马桶，而且完全没有服务意识可言，蝴蝶泉对面就是猪圈，到处弥漫着臭味。br我们住的是豪华温泉套房都这样，价格与质量完全不符，可想而知别的普通的……br勉强中评吧
