硬件还行
服务说一说，差！
这么大的酒店退房还要查房，而且我在退房的时候又忙别人的退房事情。全国四五星级的酒店大多都是直接退房。五星的酒店，三星的思维。
更可气的是，酒店里的雁栖塔参观还要100块钱，真是比雷峰塔的门票还贵。我们被塔下保安拦住准备走，正巧来了几个来这边参会的人，估计会议方安排了参观。保安跟那些人说“你们数好几个人，别让别人混进去。”**，什么意思出了我们就是他们，这么说是说我们会混进去是吧！？真是态度极差。
度假的心情完全被退房和保安破坏，不会再来这家酒店，更不会推荐别人来。

酒店一个U型的结构，虽然订的是湖景房。但是也只有U形的底部那几间套房有窗户对着湖面，其他湖景房位于U型的外侧，只有在阳台上才能从侧边看到一点湖。就这样比U型内侧的园景房贵了一千。如果要是想去看湖的话，还是去湖边的凯宾斯基吧，更有性价比。
这边设施很好，服务也没问题，酒店的饭人均200就可以搞定。之前没看清楚，早知道定个园景的就可以了。总体感觉还是满意的。
