位置很好，距离地铁四号线六号线平安里站很近。服务特别亲切热情，上到楼层后服务员已经在等我，并把我送到房间，热情介绍房间情况，还赠送了好几种水果和酸奶，以及当天的北京晚报，透着一股山东人的热情实在。房间设施也不错，但是我感觉床垫似乎不太好，睡了一夜有点腰酸背疼啊。但是以后去附近办事还会选择这里。

烟台山酒店就设施来说有点旧，但是这里的服务很好。每天两瓶水、水果、牛奶、报纸。这次特别要感谢服务员侯芳玲，我感冒了，她还送了菊花茶、柠檬片和薄荷糖给我，祝我早日康复。在外面出差遇到这样的好人真的很幸运。
