酒店设施尚可，交通便利，但管理欠妥，在我登记入住后未及时把身份证返回本人，且身份证在前台桌上无人注意，造成后续旅程的极大不便，通知酒店后，酒店方用快递形式把身份证返回给我，但是却还要我承担运费，觉得由于酒店的疏忽，却要客人承担，很不满意。
