益泉去过很多次了，之前一直住的欧式竹院房，这次带着父母和孩子住，选的两室一厅房，可以说是这次是体验最差的。一进院就看到没有打扫的干净的卫生纸散落在院子里，屋子里充满了地漏反味儿的味道，客厅茶几四周都是没有擦干净的食物汤水的印迹，枕头上还有烟味。早餐写着7-9点，可8点半去吃的时候炒米饭已经冰凉。本想着带父母在外面过小年儿开开心心的，这可好什么心情都没了，一家人逃难似的回来了，应该不会再去了。

环境可以 就是前台服务太慢 态度一般 站半天没人理 希望改善 不要因为品牌做大就无视客人 细节服务才是王道 毕竟是服务行业

总体说一般，私汤不错，院子也挺大的，房间挺大，基本设施齐全，卫生间挺大，但淋浴房略小了点，怀疑要是一个胖子洗澡，有可能转不过身来，要是赶上全都给私汤放水，卫生间就会没水。由于家庭出游，自备晚餐，所以不知道餐厅晚餐费用，早餐还是不错的，有小馒头，蛋炒饭，四，五个小凉菜，还有几个热菜。停车无人管理，随意停放，如果按5分打评的话，总体打3.5。
