交通还算方便，周边也就这家酒店还行了。不过同样是经济大床房，居然布局面积还有些差异，建议以后事先说明。内部感觉偏暗了些，房间设施还行，环境卫生尚可，但性价比感觉不算太高

酒店地理位置非常好，位于北三环马甸桥东北角，在地铁10号线健德门附近,距离公交车站地铁站非常近，交通方便，外面饭店很多.
房间很大，给我们升级了一间靠窗的房间。视野开阔景色很美。在国庆期间没有涨价，服务质量也没有降低，积极推荐。下次还订。

刚好赶上酒店活动 368一晚 ，五一期间基本都是去看五月天演唱会滴。紧邻地铁，干净舒适，这个价格真是超值。4.28那晚没活动，住在附近的7天，差了100元左右，但是一比较，元辰鑫贵也觉得物有所值，还觉得自己赚了。五一啊，很多地方都很难订到滴。价格还合理。

设施很好且全，四星的酒店，健徳桥边上，地铁公交很方便，除了电视不是液晶的略显不足，其他都非常满意！
