前台021服务人员态度恶劣，没有服务意识，我本来入住三天，今天由于开会回酒店晚了，18:10回到酒店，被她告知加收一天房费，说是六点之前退房加收半天房费，我说就超了10分钟不能理解一下吗？我也是因为开会耽误了时间啊，她还说给我打了好几个电话我没接，其实我通话记录里只有一个未接来电，而且开会我调成静音根本就没看见，就算我没有听见，你就不能发个短信提示一下吗？你们谁告诉我六点以后退房收全天房费了。我就想加收就加收吧，我要求发票开四天房费，她给我开了一个总金额，我还不知道能不能报销!开个发票居然开了3次，第一次开的普票，还说问我了，什么时候问我的？我还一再说信息要填写完整，还开错了，第二次开完以后纳税人识别号开错了，又开第三次，我忍无可忍，当时已经七点多了，我八点的火车，我要求见值班经理，她告诉我下班了，整个宾馆就没有个负责人吗？我急着赶火车只能赶紧走了，本来从这里去南站很近，坐公交三个站，结果打车没人愿意去，出租司机都嫌太近不赚钱，好不容易有个司机愿意去，找我要20块钱！谁让我着急赶火车呢，一切都是因为021这个服务员造成的，以后再也不住这里了，这样信口雌黄的人酒店为什么还要聘用？？！！

环境挺好，在小区里，晚上很安静。房间设施也不错，好像还有点历史渊源。早餐一般，凑合吃一口就得了，门口交通一般般。
