近几年来只要去密云一般都住这儿。房间设施类似快捷酒店，但完全够用。餐厅菜品谈不上丰富，但味道很不错，特别是红烧肉、炒土豆丝等家常菜，十分正宗。总体来说，云蒙山庄的特点在于环境优美，夏季登山可一览密云水库美景，冬季园内散步又有安逸祥和之感，极其适合休闲度假放松心情。

就住宿来讲里外都不错，尤其室内比宣传图片好太多。一楼中餐厅就餐还要加收10个点服务费，感觉不科学。另外提醒，附近景点的农家乐就餐实在难吃，尤其是鱼。
