房间老旧，设备都是坏的，服务员服务态度很差，一个人退房就一个小时，办公室内其他人在那里用手机看电影也不帮忙。

酒店设施陈旧也就算了还不注意维修保养，酒店前台和客房接线员服务差。第一次入住房间晚上要洗澡没热水打给客房说让多放水就热了，放了很久不行打给客房居然说不热也没办法？！让我们打给前台换房，我们打给前台却说客房负责随即把电话又转回客房了！后来折腾半天热水没修好换了另一个房间，结果热水澡洗上了电视是坏的！太晚了也就不折腾了。住过那么多酒店这是最差的一个了！服务实在是差！！

度假村环境确实不错，设施是老一点，但没像有些人说的那么差劲啊。早餐自助餐挺好的，很丰富。总体感觉不错。
