C座住宿条件太差，和员工宿舍是一栋楼。温泉水世界很适合带孩子来玩儿，但是有个女员工态度非常恶劣，已投诉。太影响心情了！

一开始订的Ｂ座标准间，上午11点到的，被告知没房，需要等到2点，只好先去温泉玩儿，说晚上再入住，前台确认会给留房，后来下午接到电话，说给我免费升级套房，本来还挺高兴的，结果其实是给换到了A座的套房，两边的星级标准都不一样，一个四星一个三星，怎么就叫升级了啊？！这不是忽悠人吗！而且以前订房的时候预订部说过B座标间和A座套房是一个价钱，严重鄙视这种忽悠客户的行为，让人心里很不舒服。A座的卫生间很一般。不过，楼层服务员还是挺好的，找不到A座房间，问人的时候主动给我们带过去了
