首先酒店的环境，位置，价格，以及性价比都是很不错的，就是服务真是太差了，实在是太差劲了！在艺龙上定的大床房，早上到的时候说没有退房，要我们中午回去，中午去了之后说还是没有大床房，要我们就在大堂等着，等着人家退房，期间不同意将大床房换成标间还引起了前台的不满，摆脱我们定的房间提前很久就订好了，你们自己工作失误给旅客带来麻烦，还要抱怨旅客不谅解他们，他们的前台工作人员简直就是上帝了，服务行业不仅摆臭脸，还要抱怨消费者不理解她们，不知道从哪找来素质这么差的人来做前台。领班说话更冲，就是你爱住不住，不住滚蛋的态度！还没入住先惹了一肚子气！
希望酒店严格培训和要求自己的前台服务人员的服务质量和服务态度！真是遇见过的最差的服务人员！

这家酒店非常有历史意义，因为五四运动中火烧赵家楼就是指的这里，住在里面感觉特有历史成就感，门口的胡同巷很有老北京的味道。目前这里是北京军区司令部的招待所，价格实惠，位置就在王府井边上，距离天安门也不远，非常适合到北京旅游的游客住宿。
