这是我和同事出差这么多年最差的一次入住体验。服务意识极差，工作能力极差，当客人合理合法的要求提出时（因为两人出差同住一个商务标间，结账时提出发票分开，流水分开，房费一人一半），从前台接待到姗姗而来的主管，解决问题的方法只有推诿与欺骗，把客人当傻子！同时还口出侮辱性的言语！从7点半到9点，当看到问题难以解决时多次提出见值班经理部门主管，得到的回答是没有夜班值班经理，部门主管8点半上班让等，我们提出我们赶高铁，得到的回答是“那就没办法。”好容易等来主管，回复只有一个，解决不了。想再找上级领导，那就是根本不可能的。领导上班不知道，领导办公室在哪，不知道。之间前台服务人员还口出恶言。总之这是最差的酒店，服务极差，设施陈旧，处理问题能力差，出现问题没有从客人角度积极解决问题，只有推诿欺骗，把客人当傻子！
